Steve Wolf: Your Trusted Real Estate Advisor in Sonoma and Napa Wine Country

Born in California and raised in the Midwest, Steve Wolf brings decades of expertise and community involvement to his real estate career. After marrying his college sweetheart and best friend, Gail, they lived and worked in Munich for three years before returning to the U.S. Steve’s career began in land acquisition and planning in the Minneapolis area, where he was involved in land purchases for highways, parks, and civic centers. His leadership in local government included chairing the Chanhassen Parks Commission and serving on the City Council.

In 1974, Steve and his family moved to Sonoma County, where he built custom homes and co-founded Sonoma Rental Center. In 1985, he launched a successful real estate career, specializing in home, land, vineyard, commercial, and industrial transactions throughout Sonoma and Napa Counties. Steve has managed several high-profile development projects, including Cornerstone Gardens and Fryer Creek subdivision.

Today, Steve is proudly part of Engel & Völkers, offering over 50 years of local expertise and a personalized approach to help clients achieve their real estate goals, whether they are buying or selling.

Steve continues to enjoy life with Gail, his best friend and partner of many years. Together, they’re also helping to raise their granddaughter, a role he cherishes. In his free time, Steve enjoys golfing, gardening, singing, traveling, and grand parenting.
